    @jared everyone is different. For me it helped not having my ex on facebook (he deleted me). I was starting to obsess about him. It might sound stupid but have you thought about therapy? I’ve been and it’s really helped me. You just have to draw a line under what is ok and what is making you ill, mentally and physically

    jared u HAVE to avoid Facebook then. Find anything else to fill your time.. this is exactly what kevin said it is! its an addiction to your ex.. and if you stay addicted things will never work for the two of you! clearly she’s attention seeking.. while at the same time she’s still interested! otherwise she wouldn’t post that on social media…. if she didn’t want you back or at least some guy she wouldn’t be posting something like that, shed just be out enjoying herself. Give yourself some space man and get confident again! the addiction is bad.. trust me i know. I am finally getting rid of it and it feels GREAT! maybe you guys could help me too? https://ebpforums.com/boards/topic/rebound-or-no-2/

    @Phonis
    I know man, each day i wake up trying to make the best of things. Its just hard cause stuff that i liked doing, i did with her at least a couple times or all the time. Its hard to not look or do something without it reminding me of her =/

    My best friend, her good friend is gonna call her in an hour. Talk to her about life, how is she doing, stuff like that and then end it with advice when it comes to me and her. He just wants to do some digging and give his adivce. She always went to him for advice so it is commonplace for this. What do you guys think?

    I think if you havent been pressuring her or anything why not. Make sure she wont think you asked him to

    Yea i told him to make sure to mention that He is giving advice because he loves us both alot. His words not mine. That he always saw us together, that whatever this is, we can work through it.
