Jeremy, Very sorry about the news…I know that feeling very well. You MUST have NO contact and STICK to it. She is confused and you have to follow the five step plan. It will give you hope and she needs to experience life without you in it. It will be VERY tempting to contact her or receive her contact but that will hurt your chances in the long run. Short term pain—long term gain. Good Luck

I’m with you too…married for 15 years and first serious relationship for two. The key is taking care of yourself and being around positive people who will love you and validate you so you don’t feel bad about yourself. The other persons post is very compassionate. This is time to take care of you.
I noticed your comments. What was the outcome? I am going through it just now as my ex block my son and I, and may have deleted all my photos. She left me wanting to still be friends and I told her I couldn’t do it. I still have her photos up but have been following no contact for eight days which she is not use to. What are your thoughts here?
