Unfortunately I left it to her to contact me to arrange a meet up which she hasn’t done, I would give anything to have her back, but the key is be happy in yourself, make yourself happy or you can’t make anyone else happy, plus happiness is attractive, I’ve re taught myself how to chat to girls, I now find this fun and have no problems meeting people, I’m going to try one more time to sort a meeting out then I going to move on :).
Yep, spoke to her last week via Facebook messager, she said if I’d like to yes we could go for a coffee. I’ve left her alone for about 1 month so will see what happens. As long as your happy in yourself you should go for it, i now know i don’t need her to be happy, I’m happy now with the changes I’ve made, if it’s not ment to be it won’t happen.
We’ve been broken up about two months. I’m not sure how she would react, my plan is to go for coffee, be all confident and happy and a few days later let her know how I feel

Were on speaking terms, not had a bad word.
She might know about the new girl but we arnt in a relationship, I don’t want to rush as I wouldn’t be 100% into at the moment.
I’ve been seeing this new girl for while now but can’t get my ex out of my head, was speaking to one of her friends the other day and she told me to tell her how I feel about her. Were planning to meet up in the next few weeks for a coffee. Should I wait until after we meet. I’m a bit confused
hey, my advice would be concentrate on you, you and your children, do things that make you happy, being happy is the key, my situation was totally different, but i made some changes ( i now play football, i run, spend a lot of time with friends ).
once you get that happy feeling back you will feel great, its hard, it takes time, but it will happen :).
Cheers a.z, got a new lady now, was kind of worried about it being a rebound, but she is such a nice girl I’m going to give it a try, but I’d like to stay friends with my ex, 3 years is a long time to just not be friends.
3 weeks ish then she made contact and i had to reply and explain something, then another two weeks.
im at a point now that if she shows nothing towards me i can move on, am almost there to be honest, but i do still love her alot, we will see what happens.

date tomorrow, but all i can think about is my first date with my ex, is this a good idea
im following the 5 step plan, im going on a date this week but i dont want to lead the girl on, shes really nice. any advice.
