Don’t worry about anything.Just focus on yourself and continue the plan.Its normal if you think of your ex during the first dates but it will really help you.

right guys, because im feeling so good at the moment ( dating some great girls, lost 1 1/2 stone, growing a beard ha ha ) i decided to make contact, this is how it went.

3 weeks ish then she made contact and i had to reply and explain something, then another two weeks.

im at a point now that if she shows nothing towards me i can move on, am almost there to be honest, but i do still love her alot, we will see what happens.

Hey,
Congratulations.Be confident and let her see the new better version of you.
Play everything cool and take it slow.She doesn’t have to know that you still want her back.Be cool,positive and confident.Act like a friend and try to create a good time.Avoid being emotional.Don’t say anything about the break up,negative memories or getting back together.

Cheers a.z, got a new lady now, was kind of worried about it being a rebound, but she is such a nice girl I’m going to give it a try, but I’d like to stay friends with my ex, 3 years is a long time to just not be friends.

I’ve been seeing this new girl for while now but can’t get my ex out of my head, was speaking to one of her friends the other day and she told me to tell her how I feel about her. Were planning to meet up in the next few weeks for a coffee. Should I wait until after we meet. I’m a bit confused

I know exactly how you’re feeling. I’m in a similar situation right now… What your current “relationship” with your ex? are you on speaking terms or even friends? Does she know you’re with someone new and is she with someone?
