Thanks @kd1988 I was thinking the same. If he asks how should I address it? Tell him it’s none of his business and that if we want to work out we need a new slate?

@kd1988 maybe you can just hangout with him first, make him fall in love with the girl he first fell in love with. Be happy! I think it might be too early to start talking about the relationship though and it might put a lot of stress between the two of you. Also don’t make yourself too available 🙂 you want him to think it’s his idea to get back together. Keep the letter on the back burner for the next little while. If you don’t feel like you can control your emotions/composure around him then definitely don’t go see him until you’re ready though!

I think that he is just a rebound. Give her some time and work on yourself. Definitely do no contact. Sometimes girls go through a phase after a long term relationship and will realise they were dumb. Hope this helped, please check my thread and help me too.
