@alty75 There is no excuse for her publicly shaming and ridiculing you!! Of course the guy isn’t perfect, but she throws their relationship in your face. To me, this shows she is not a kind person!

Im 4 days into no contact after 6-8 weeks of annoying her,trying to get her back.
She threatened with an AVO so my best option is to just cut off and let her work things out the way she sees fit@alty75 Yes, cut her off and focus on yourself and your children! I don’t think you agree, but I’m of the opinion that you’re better off without her. I know it’s difficult to understand after being in a relationship with her for 4 years, but I think you deserve better..
@alty75 I understand it hurts terribly, but with time, you will feel better, I promise.
You can’t under any circumstances break the restraining order or you will end up in jail. That would be devastating for your children.

She has only threatened to file a retraining order against me if I dont leave her alone,in which im doing now

Hi mate, I haven’t read it all but most of it, happened to me not so long back, there was nothing I wanted more than her back but she was adamant, there wasn’t or still isn’t a new guy as far as I know, but have some dignity brother and don’t give her the satisfaction, as soon as I stopped chasing her and went cold, she didn’t like it, she wanted to be friends which I agreed to but then she had it in her head that I was messaging somebody else and said that she couldn’t be friends anymore because it hurts her but she still didn’t say let’s get back, I don’t even want her back now anyway, I have seen her true colours, I think you should do the same, why do you want someone back where another man has been, as harsh as it sounds, it’s disgusting, couldn’t think of anything worse, you can’t force someone to be with you!! Stop looking on her Facebook full stop, you ain’t going to see anything on there that you like, only things that will hurt you, the old saying ‘curiosity killed the cat’ keep your head up and get her out of your life!!!!
