    I know. It’s hard.

    But have faith in yourself.

I’ve been going through the same thing, waiting for my ex to message me.

But in the meantime I’ve been working on loving myself and looking at what makes me a good person that they would be a fool not to come back to.

Try to find the good things about yourself and write them down. Then trust that it’s true and even if they don’t come back, you’re a great person.

Easier said than done, I know, but do it for yourself so you love yourself!

I’ve been exercising a lot and got some new clothes. I wanna look and feel awesome when I hopefully see my ex so they are impressed and want to give it another shot!

Thank you. I do need to have faith.
I been going to the gym lately, too. During the time I did NC, I was healing and feeling better about myself. I lost total 15 lbs since the break up. Bought some new clothes. And now I feel like changing up my hair style and color. (:
Sounds like you’re doing a great job on your NC! Keep it up! I do need to try harder than last time. It’s just pretty hard because I still have a few things and my dogs at his place because my parents doesn’t want them around the house. So he would txt me about my dogs. So I read more into NC and it said as long its short brief replies and nothing about love or your relationship- it should be fine. But I am trying to avoid it. I don’t live with him anymore, but I go to his house when he is at work just so I could clean, feed my dogs, and play.
