HELLO everyone Happy holidays wishing u a happy Christmas 🙂
LEts start our life for a new beginning forget the past and move on. i Just say No contact rules is really effective I’m doing that after me and my ex broke up then he got a gf so i stop talking to him anymore ..but this week i recieve a msg from hm saying he miss me but i already ignore and tell to him that stop talking to me anymore..
it feels good if u accept and letting go of the person who is not meant for you 🙂

oh just want to share i was doing nc rule well i ask my ex not to contact me anymore…he have new gf..but something happen there is a girl he met on his country and add me on fb asking me about my ex saying he likes my ex but my ex have a gf..i feel mad bec. i was moving on and this girl asking me advise about my ex bf?
i just dn’t understnd why this crazy girl asking me about him and asking my advise since she know im his ex..
i feel hurt but i hide it.. TT
whts ur opinion guys.
@val yes so true its looks like some of member here having a good changes to there life and feeling better 🙂
this blog is really helpful i find this when the time i feel so lonely and depressed and lots of opinion and advise is really helpful its near to reality and experience..Thanks to you @val for sharing your experience you wake me up :)..
i feel better now and the best way to move on and to forget our ex is acceptance instead of feeling hatred and ask our self why its happen?
try to improved yourself to be a better person ,changes is a must not just we change just bec. to show to our ex that its there lose losing us..its help us to become a better one ..learn to our past :)..
oh im just reading all your messages its so nice to know that all of you find friends here hehe..you find a friends when the time u need someone to comfort you that no one will understand for being broken 🙂

@Raed yeah i relate to @val advise seriously i lost my hope i don’t want to treasure my feelings for him even he still sending me message since now.. long distance relationship is sucks 🙁Thanks guy’s to all your advise im looking forward to start my life without him acceptance is a key of moving on let go and start life without them.
all of us will be okey and it will be a memories soon if we finally forget our damn ex heeh..

I WANT TO MOVE ON @RAED BEC. I USE TO THINK ITS REBOUND BUT IT KILLS ME MISSING HIM BUT WHEN I THINK THAT HE IS BUSY WITH HIS GIRL MAKE ME FEEL HURT AND HATE HIM , WHILE ME IS STILL SUFFERING HW TO FORGET HIM.
dn’t call her.. wait for her to call you ..cuz she looks like she is giving u idea that she wants you or catching your attention..if she the one who reach you ,you dn’t need to be afraid if she call a police.
you make me smile about wht happen to you its looks like your ex trying to catch your attention and then you try to ignore her as much as you can :)..
i think he is missing you, but he is aware not to act so needy 🙂
maybe he wants to talk to you but he dn’t know how or wht to do hehehe..
