Again I ended it with her by cutting contact. We had a sort of fling for 5 years.
Well, it says “single” on her Facebook…
other than that I don’t know.March 30, 2020 at 4:59 pm in reply to: My ex that I broke up with 5 years ago has accepted my friend request? #114375Think that’s another story altogether and not to do with this woman.
I “ghosted” her. No idea how long she’s been with him. I told her in no uncertain terms that I miss her and that I think often about her.
I know she read the message, but she didn’t comment on it, and to be honest I wasn’t asking for one.
The only way you’ll see if No Contact works is if you go No Contact.
Stop texting and reaching out.
No Contact has worked for me.
Break ups are never “out of tlhe blue”… I’m sure that he was thinking about ending it for a while already.
Right now he doesn’t want to be with you – harsh, but true. If he wanted to be withyou, he wouldn’t have dumped you.
The only thing you can do now is go No Contact.
If he still has any interest he will get in contact when he realises that he’s never going to hear from you again. That might be in 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months (or more).
Effectively, you need to move on and cut contact.
If he does contact you, assume he wants to meet up and organise a date.
I agree with Leogirl.
You should be taking things slow. I wouldn’t even bother mentioning the break up unless he does, especially if he broke up with you.
Just enjoy the dates, enjoy the moments and let it flow.
Could you both attempt to answer mine please?
