NC is tough but it will give you some perspective and objectivity in regards to the relationship. Don’t give in, block him if you have too, that way you will at least feel as if you were in control. I actually deleted some of my social media apps (without deleting the accounts) so that I actually took the time i spent on my phone/talking to him doing other things for myself
