Please! I need your help. My ex and i were together about 8 months and we broke up at the end of October this year. We really had great time and mutuals. However, we started a fight and this is a second time i unintentionally create a fight and he doesnt want this anymore. He said he cant take another fight and he said he want to remain friends. I begged and cried for second chance but he doesnt want to because he doesnt love me anymore. He said he needs time and space.
A week plus after that, I saw he change his profile picture with his bestfriend. And they started getting sweet and tag each other. Their friends even congrates them for being together. They post the picture of them and everything in public. I was very sad because all of this so sudden and within a month he just move on so fast. And he update the status recently “this is just perfect” and his bestfriend keep tweet about him as like he is her boyfriend. He is 22 years old and she is 23 years old. They are in same college and being bestfriend for 3 years. But this girl is completely opposite of me. She act like a boy, she harsh and she is not that pretty. But why he moved on with her??
Is this a rebound because he moved on with his bestfriend so fast? I want to get him back and before this, he was saying that im his best present that he could ever had and knowing me was the best thing he could ever done. And after we broke up, he said once like this “i wish i could know you once more again” but it seems like he doesnt allow himself after that. He seems pretty happy with his new relationship.
What should i do? Im in no contact rule for 3 days now. So far, he doesnt text me and he is happy with her and of course she is very happy and keep mentioned his name in social media. Its very painful

well im in the same boat as you are right now, my ex did the same thing and we were together for the same time as you and your ex.
all i can suggest you to do is a full 30 day NC and if you cant complete the check list that kevin mentions on step 3 or 4 well i suggest you give yourself 15 more days!
the goal of NC is to take care of yourself, now i know its hard but you’ve got to stop checking up on them, stalking them wont help like not at all!
if its too hard just unfollow him and his GF on Facebook, twitter and any other type of social media so that you can heal better. because no offence but you are not the most attractive person right now to him, not because of your looks but the way you appear, your confidence and independance are missing :/
i went threw the whole 30 days and just started talking to my ex, she is distant but answers within 2 minutes and keeps the same size texts (word count).

Right now im doing NC for 4 days but he still didnt text me at all. Its very painful. And his bestfriend/girlfriend is getting happier and post and tag anything with him. I try my best to not to stalk him or her. But i miss him. So much. I just hope this is rebound. And i just hope he is wondering about me even tho he didnt text me but i dont know about man. Right now, people praise them for being such a new and exciting and sweet couple. Sooo hurt. Do u think it will work? Rhe nc rule. He doesnt care or find me
