I sent angry messages to my husband before no contact rule

Hi,

6 days ago my husband of 1.5 years told me that he doesn’t love me anymore, and doesn’t feel any chemistry with me anymore. He told that we needed a break. Because we live overseas, he sent me home to my parents.

when i was leaving and going to the airport, he refused to drop me and didnt even check on me during my flight which normally before he does. He didnt sent me any messages. I, on the other sends him message everyday. I begged, please, promise to change, ask for pity, threaten, cried, made him realized I am what he needs. I always see his facebook update that he is always out, socializing, having fun.

Yesterday though it was different. I saw his fb status that he checked in a hotel with a woman, i saw the photos. Then immediately i felt panicky and got so angry i sent him message asking who he was with. He just replied he is out with sarah. I asked him who she was and he didnt reply. I got so mad i cursed him in my message and told himI cannot do it anymore. Told him also that I will be deleting my watsaap, his number and also deactivate my facebook. He just replied-up to you.

So today, in this 6 days saga, its the 1st day that I didnt contacg him coz I am so angry. Can this be consider in the process of no contact rule? Or will my husband be more angry with me because of the message I sent?
