Don’t even think about the reason why she cried.You should be proud of yourself.You have been doing really well,you have been making positive changes in your life and you do care about her.So why are you feeling sad?Nothing is your fault.Don’t blame anything on yourself.What you’re feeling right now is guilt.but you don’t really have to feel guilty.You told me much you cried and you explained her that what she thought wasn’t true.You don’t have to be worried about anything.You are doing your best to change everything so keep up the good job and don’t think about negative things.Everything that happened is already done and in the past.There is no need to think about it anymore.
