How should I proceed?

Hello Everyone,

My now ex girlfriend and I had been dating for 4 years when she just recently broke up with me. Come easter weekend I will arrive upon day 30 of No-Contact. I need advice on how to proceed here. I have accepted the fact that I may never be with this girl again, but all my friends and family tell me this is not the end and that she’s going through a “phase”. If my ex doesn’t reach out to me before 30 days of No-Contact how should I proceed? I have hand written a letter in accordance to Kevins sample letter. However I feel by giving her the letter only then will she truly be gone. We have had no contact once so ever, however she watches every single one of my SnapChat stories daily. Should I reach out on day 30? or give her the letter and move on with my life. I do still care about this girl but I have realized at some point I do truly have to give up. I have been on a few dates during these past days and have made an effort to constantly be surrounded by my friends. Any advice would be helpful.
