To make a long story short my girlfriend (F30) broke up with me (27M) earlier and now due to Covid 19 we decided to keep living together in our very small 2 bedroom basement apartment. While we have had a few arguments we have had nothing but amazing fun together. We spent pretty well every moment together. We are best friends and have admitted to each other how much we love and care for the other person.

We have also discussed the relationship which she describes as she lost passion for me, she just doesn’t see me in that light anymore, she also feels she needs a stronger man that takes charge and makes her feel girly. We had sex the other day but it definitely felt like more of a release for the both of us. The past few days I’ve been starting to take more charge but I’m still kinda lost on how to do this when I live and see her non stop. She said last week we should look at moving out which upset me at first but then a few days ago I agreed and now she says we should stick this out by living together. Last week she also said she feels like we act like this is a relationship and are very self dependent on the other person so we should take time apart which upset me but then I agreed and now she pulled back on that idea. It’s starting to feel like she’s lost respect for me as a man (if that makes sense) and has full control of this situation. I would love to have the no contact rule right now but I don’t see how I can do that in this situation.

Anyone have any advice on how I should play this? Thanks in advance!

@Rome171 Not much new here than your other post. Main thing is don’t argue and spend time alone in another room occasionally..

I think your feeling rejected because she lost romantic passionate feelings for you and that you’re equating that to she lost respect for you as a man.
