She texted me say “Hey not to freak you out, and not saying you would remember, but do you remember if my period was before or after prom” I opened it and didn’t reply. And then she said “I think it was after but I’m not sure” I’ve broken no contact on 2 occasions already…. But its been almost a week since we last talked on the phone, and the first time I broke we just went out to coffee and everything was fine. I told her last time we talked on the phone I was okay with the break up. Should I ignore this text or what!?
She texted again saying “well thank you for applying” I did open the first message and she probably saw that I read it. But I didn’t answer the call or open the second two.
No Contact means you HAVE to “ignore” all the calls/texts she makes … you need to “disappear” from her life all together until the month is over. Don’t break it, if you do you have to restart it.
It seems to me like she’s missing you already by the looks of it. If you continue with No Contact, she’ll likely keep calling/texting you which will drive her nuts!
Well crap, I did reply via a text this morning saying “I believe your right. It was after.” She replied imedatly just saying “okay cool” so now I have to start all over again?
As long your reply were short straight to the point, you’re good. As long you didn’t bring up love or any topic about your relationship. I say you can continue but maybe add a couple more days. Keep calm and keep your cool. I lost my cool on my week and a half mark of NC. Now I have to restart all over again. Good luck and I hope everything goes well!
Lost my cool yesterday. I happen to see her walking down the street while I was driving by. Smile and waved. I felt like I was fine, and decided I wanted to stop and talk to her. Asked If she would be able to help me pick up my new mattresses. She invited me in to her house. And we went for a run together. We didn’t talk to much on the run. So later at night I decided to call her and chat her up. That talk was fine at first. I asked if she would be interested in going to play mini golf next week. And he defenses went up and the truth came out. Her exact words where “that seems a little “close”… She said “what if theres a cute girl there and she dosnt come talk to you because Im there.” “I don’t want to take the opportunity from you” Then the conversation went back to our relationship. I still deep down believe she has feelings for me. She’s just a very strong heart feel girl. Doesn’t want to be seen as week for taking me back.
How many times can I restart NC?
Not too sure how many time you can actually do NC until it doesn’t work, but since she knows you’re still talking to her and talking about your relationship, she has you wrapped around her fingers. Sometimes, an ex knowing that you still have that feeling helps them get over the break up. That’s why being friends is never an option. Maybe down the road when you no longer have feelings for her as a girlfriend, but as of now you want her more than a friend, right? Try applying NC again. If she initiates the first text you can reply, but short answers. Try not to have a long conversation. You need her to miss you.
