    its been 3 months since the break up, and im clearly not over it. Every morning when i wake up the very first thing on my mind is her, which reminds me of everything and immediately puts me in a funk. Is this normal, or am i insane?

    welcome to the club.its been a month but is the same every day.no matter what to do to improve yourself if you are in love with your ex its the same thing.i think for me even and 3 months pass by won’t change much.

    Sometimes I wake up in panic. My heart starts racing. And I feel the world will end. I have also been dreaming about him almost everyday. Bah

    Tried it all mate. I’ve reached a point where I’ve stopped blaming myself and realized that she is also to blame, if not more. Still dealing with the dreams and panic attacks and anxiety like @kaila

    Try and avoid or ignore her. I’ve realized a lot of it is a power game. If you cave in, you’ll give her all the power and put yourself in a crap position. Stay Strong

    I’m having another one of those days as well guys!
    Bad dreams last night. Can’t get a clear head on today at all. Last month going on a nice romantic weekend for valentines day, and this month broken up and not talking.
    I’m hoping he is at least thinking about me, even if he isn’t showing it!

    I am sure he is KD 🙂 Well try to relax and thing of something else. I have those moments too. Like yesterday. I broke down really bad and got desperate. Cried. Started writing. Felt better 🙂

    hey KD1988.I hope our exs think of us and some point see that we actually love them and dont need them like they supposed we do.
