    I’ve only lasted the most 8 days… we dated for three years and broke up because i constantly started fights… the first time I lasted a week with no contact but when I heard he was having sex I broke it and messaged him… I waited 8 days and texted him today because our pictures from months ago came in but he told me “I have nothing against you or anything bad to say about you. I just don’t want to talk” Would no contact work? I do know that in our relationship he did keep asking for space but I denied.. I just don’t understand how NC would work for us especially if he’s talking to a trashy girl lol

    If it works or not is dependent on each particular situation. But I think it’s always the best course when your ex doesn’t want to talk to you, or else you can make things worse. I can tell you from my own experience. I know how difficult it os to keep NC, but you have to be strong and stick on it. Today is my 21st day of NC and I am proud of it. The dumper has all the power until they realize that they don’t posess you either, and then they eill come back or move on

    That is true, he asked today why I want to talk to him and I said “I missed my best friend, why don’t you want to talk?” and all he said was “Because”. It’s hard for me to not want to talk to him. Is NC working for you or so do you think it will?!
