My ex and I have been apart for two weeks now and I am on day 7 of no contact. She is being someone completly different we were together for two years and she is acting like someone I have never met. I wish I could convince myself that she is doing it to bother me but some of the stuff I find out was never meant to get to me it just did somehow. Why is she so different it was like a light switch she is out partying and overall just being a different person and its killing me, I just want the girl I fell in love with back.

She is free now and enjoying her freedom. Don’t take it to heart, trust me 🙂

But it’s not like she wasn’t free with me she was aloud to do what she wanted why is the fact that she’s not doing it with me make it so much better and her want to do more. Was I so boring to be around? I just don’t get it

How long were you together? Also it might just be her way to cope with pain. Drinking for me screams more of being down than of not caring about things. And you shouldn’t overthink. It has only been two weeks.

We were together for two years and I know I’m over thinking but I just can’t help but think that the longer I wait the more she will forget about me or the more she will realize that she likes not being with me

It is very normal my friend. They are on a high right now, and there is also alot of presure on them to show the world (and you) that they are strong and not effected by the break up.
Dont mind it (easier said then done) but she will change back when months have passed by, and be more “normal”
