Want to ask her out again but not push her away

I deliver grocery shopping and have known of this beautiful woman for around 5 years and was lucky enough to date her recently after discovering she was separated for almost 2 years from her ex husband and father of her 2 children.
I asked her out on a delivery and we had a fanatic time on 4 dates getting to know one another and spoke on the phone for hours and just clicked however she backed off and became distant to the point I asked why and she did confess some reservations about me but also she is in the final stages of the official divorce process this month and the school holidays are very much on for her and the kids so she decided to stop dating me. When I asked about a reconciliation a few weeks ago immediately after she told me she wouldn’t rule out the possibility but wanted to heal from the controlling behavioural past of her ex husband.
18 days of no contact had passed until I happened to deliver shopping to her, she was very flustered and nervous seeing me but I did my best to stay composed and try and be light hearted and good company whilst she sorted the shopping.
Her kids were running around for an added distraction.
At the end I smiled and told her it was good to see her and 10 mins after she texted me “sorry I was a bit scatty… threw me a bit, seeing you for some reason. You look really well and despite how I may have come across it was nice to see you x”

I think another date is still a few weeks away but I do want to try again, currently back in no contact but likely will ask her out in person if I deliver to her again in the near future
