She deleted almost everything that had to do with us on instagram which was like half her profile. Its been over 30 days of no contact in total so is this a bad thing or a good thing.? I know she still loves me and the shitty part is she told me she wouldnt delete our pictures cus she didnt want to forget our past. Maybe she is at the peak of missing me and thiught deleting everything would help.? This is something i also did but not on social networks just on my phone. So maybe she is finally feeling how i felt wanting to move forward but not being able too. She does have a rebound so i know they are supposed to be like a band aid for awhile so that may be the reason she is doing this now.? Idk im very confused and freaked out by it i want to stay positive but its not a good thing and now those pictures are gone forever which also sucks :/ help.?
Dont worry…My ex did it pretty much right after we broke up. I think they think it helps them forget. But memories are more than just pictures on social media sites…Been that way since before Bob Dole invented the internet. I think Instagram might save deleted photos somewhere else, but I’m not sure…Don’t take it too personally…If she’s deleting things, she’s obviously feeling someething when she sees them. And while we can’t knwo for sure her thoughts, feeling something is way better than her feeling nothing, right? Stay the course and don’t let it get to you too much…
Thanks for the advice it means alot. I just thought it was odd that she is doing this now but also li mm e you said it means she is still feeling something which is good i really hope this NC helps her as much as it has helped me and i hope she leaves the new guy soon i can tell she doesnt like him even close to as much as she did when they first started. Which wasnt very long ago about ten days after we broke up. Also she had just met him haha. I still have alot of confidence that this guy is a rebound and they wont last much longer
