She blamed me and broke up

Hi Kevin , thank you for doing this plan . My ex girlfriend broke up with me because I said about her unethical words to my friend and also I sent her pictures to my friend. Why I did that? I was desperate when the first time broke up with me, so I did these stupid things, and she saw all of these things on my facebook when got back togather. Now she does not trust me. We are now friends ( stranger friends ). Moreover she told me I will not trust any guy anymore, and I will not love again any guy, my heart is burned ” she said”. What would you do to help me?
