Screwed up a get no contact, start it over again?

Did no contact and it worked. My ex contacted me about how much she missed me etc. Problem is she’s in a rebound relationship. We met it went well. We started talking, met again and made out heavily. She left before it even any further because I think she felt guilty about still being with her current rebound boyfriend. I’ve been seeing people as well. I suggested we stop seeing other people and focus on us. She agreed kind of but said she wasn’t ready. About two weeks of this and planning to see me, then canceling on me last second 3 times and I lost my cool and went off on her. Drove her away. But how long do I be a pushover and let her have all the control and cancel with no consequences. Eventually she has to realize I won’t be here waiting forever. Anyway should I start no contact again since I screwed up and looked needy again? Thank you in advance.
