So i went the whole 30 days no contact, and i was feeling that things were going to go well, i sent her a little paragraph thru online basing it off the letter format on the 5 steps and well all she said was ” Why are you doing this to me ” and ” dont do this to me again” that really devastated me because our break up was bad but we had allot of history and i was REALLY good to her, now she wont even reply to me i feel like the whole 30 days NC was for nothing and she hates me. Half way thru no contact she did message me which i did not reply her saying along the lines of “its really weird i cant stop thinking about you” i felt like i really needed to break my addiction and continue no contact so i did not reply, maybe now she is mad because of that?
Im really confused and lost now. Please help

Your ex still has feelings for you. Just give her time. Patience is key.
I fast read your story. First don’t aplogize so much! Second don’t talk about your past relationship, talk about good memories. Do no contact again, and by all means, meet another women, only then you may contact her.

I started working again even tho i hate my job it keeps me occupied atleast and helps me forget about her while dealing with annoying customers and what not lol and i continue to go to the gym on a daily basis its really the only thing i still look forward to and get excited about although some days i simply dont have the motivation and leave in the middle of a work out and just sit in my car. I miss her so much and have no one really to talk about it the only friend i had that i talked to about everything we dont really talk much after we graduated he works two jobs and well i dont blame him he has his own life to worry about and well obviously my other person to talk to/ best friend (my ex gf) is gone. And Im a pretty good person or atleast average skills at making friends but my problem is keeping them everyone always leaves or forgets about me and im tired of making temporary friendships and relationships. Im really trying to better myself and learn to be happy by myself and being alone but somedays are really hard. I feel so alone in this world. Thanks for listening to whoever reads my posts.
I’ve continued my re do not contact, yesterday was my birthday which I doubt she remembered she’s terrible with dates but she randomly favorited a post I retweeted like two weeks ago, what can this mean? it was a relationship goals tweet with a couple at the gym, I’m confused now u thought she was done with me, I miss her like crazy and still love her
