My ex broke things off about a month ago. I’m on day 19 of no contact and i got a girls number and im texting her now. It’s almost too obvious that she is into me. But i just don’t feel ready for someone new yet. My ex immediately got into a rebound relationship. I don’t want that. I don’t feel it would be fair to this new girl. shes really nice and pretty cool but i don’t want to give her the wrong impression. i still love my ex. I want to make it work between us but at the same time i do kinda like this new girl.. What should I do?

It doesn’t sound so bad, as long as you don’t hurt this girl.
Does she have any grasp about your feelings? I have been taling to some girls. I think it would be fair if you told them about your feelings toward your ex. Sincerity won’t hurt in this case

She does know that I’ve recently gone through this break up. She avoids talking about it. I think this weekend I’ll go out to eat with her and finally talk about it. I haven’t really had anyone personally in my life to discuss how things are. I pretty much only had my ex to express my feelings to. (Surprise surprise). Thanks for the reply.

I think trying things out with her isn’t a bad idea, she could be better than your ex even? You said your ex is in a rebound relationship so it wouldn’t hurt to have some experimenting.
