Needing advice please

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tony. Really needing some advice here. I think i already did everything your guide says not do and i made has made it worst thus in desperate need of other views on the matter. Will give a brief background first.

My ex and me have been dating for 4 1/2 yrs. We had up and downs and that normal. But few months back i noticed things being a different she was distant and cold but we still hanged out, hold hands, kissed and the occasional intimacy but nothing major. Two months ago she broke off with me out of the blue. I did all you said i shouldn’t, beg, cry, shower with affections etc. Two weeks after the break up i found out she was talking to another guy already, when i confronted her about she mention is was nothing serious and they just been talking for a few weeks. Turns out that is a lie, they been dating while we were still dating and talking for a few months. Before i discover that fact we still hanged out, in some occasions we kissed and hold hands even thou i knew she was in another relationship. She always said that she will always love me and cares for me. As time when on i started to find out more things to the point that when we were still dating they were seeing each other already and getting a bit intimate to the point of intercourse. Once i found out i kinda lost it.

I started texting her to confront her about it as all she was giving me was nothing but lies. She deny it constantly. Out of desperation i reached out the new guys, i know bad idea. But i wasn’t clearly thinking. I mention to him that while she dated me she was dating me and while he was not around we were handing out to the point of holding hands and sometimes kissing. I asked to keep this between us. That i would and he mention it to her and she would ask me about it i wouldn’t lie to her about it. The conversation when “well” but im certain that he when to her and mention it as the guys doesn’t seem to be the trustworthy type.

As the desperation grew i when ahead and attempted to reach out to her brother and dad. Her brother ignore me while her dad did spoke to me and eventually he too started to ignore me, god knows what story she came up with and told them.

Unfortunately for me i still love and care for this girl. She meant and still means alot to me. Right now im sticking strong to the no contact rule but it may be late given all the bad steps i taken. What should i do? Please let me know.
