NC Rule when Ex in Rebound

Hey everyone.

My story can be found in the reconciliation board (or click my user nname and see topics started). Basically I broke up with my girl friend 5 weeks ago. We had some texts after that and saw each other once. Then 3 weeks ago I realized my error and told her I still loved her. She replied by saying she had been seeing someone for one week and was happy. I did not take it well and she blocked me and threatened a restraining order . So here I am after 20 days of NC. She has texted me a few times and added me back to Snapchat. I strongly believe she is in a rebound relationship.

My question is do I or should initiate contact now? Or wait the full 30 days?
