My ex broke up with me over a month ago. I kept to the no contact rule. Now I have contacted her she is very short one word answer. I have tried the relationship rewind technique and reminder of the great time we had. But she does respond when I ask about her or it very short “fine” is all I get. She now on pof and I feel that I have lost her for good. How can I just get her to be friends so we can start again?

you dont want to be friends with her so why would you want to try that method! dont! i recommend either continuing NC until she comes crawling back to you or moving on… cause the pain of waiting around for the other person is horrible.

    Hey,
I suggest you to restart NC for another month.
Here’s a checklist for ending no contact.

-You followed the no contact rule for at least one month.
-You are no longer a mess as you were after the breakup.
-You have made a few positive changes in your life.
-You are absolutely sure that getting back with your ex is a good decision.
-You have gone on at least one date during no contact.
-You have accepted the breakup and you are OK with the fact that you may never get your ex back and this might never work for you.
-You have accepted the fact that even if you don’t get your ex back, you will be fine since there are endless opportunities in the world to find love and happiness.

Then contact her again,be positive, cool and confident.See how she’ll respond and ask her out.You can’t force her to give you a chance to start the falsefrienship.Take it slow and play it cool. She doesn’t have to feel any pressure.

    Best of luck
