My ex is showing me no interest lately

So me and my ex broke up about 2 months again and i started no contact a little over a month ago. We were together for about 2 and a half years and we had an amazing relationship and even said we wanted to get married to eachother. She mmentioned it a couple days after the break up too.!! Saying she still sees me as her future and stuff. Anyways she started daiting this guy 10 days after we broke up and i really believe he is a rebound. He is not her type at all and they have little to none of the same interest. I guess this guy is slightly attractive but i think he would be more put in the “cute” category. He is slightly over weight and has a baby face and just isnt her type. Like style wise and stuff. Im a but more confident in my self since i lost weight and started working out but even before hand i was still the better option for her in all areas. We love almost all of the same stuff and even got eachother into other things like music tv shows movies books etc. Ive always been a pretty good looking guy and i always get compliments on my blue eyes. I sound so cocky and i hate it im a really modest person usually and i honestly used to be insecure (im not since the break up) anyways now that you have some back story i need some help. She blocked me on everything to make sure “i wouldnt get hurt by seeing her new relationship” because it did hurt me at first and i told her so we already stopped talking so much then i started NC but i contacted her with important info once about maybe having to move back to cali. She responded with a call telling me to let her know when im gunna leave forqure so she could say bye. I ended up not having to leave and told her but she didnt respond after. I sent her a text of the letter i wanted to send a little over a week ago (long story please read my other topic if you would like to know) she replied with “its okay. Cant talk now. Ill call when im ready” i didnt respond because i had already said good bye in my message and didnt want to seem desperate. But its been over a week and she still hasnt called and she is still with this guy. She doesnt seem to like him as much as time has passed cus she doesnt post about him as much but they have almost been together for 2 months now and im getting worried. . Will she call.? Or should i contact her again in a couple weeks or so.? I dont want to wait forever but i do want her back. Please help idk what to do.
