My ex and I are both 27 years old and were together for a year and 8 months. She broke up with me after moving in with her for just a week. I did no contact for 31 days and sent her this text. “I just cooked breakfast for my family tonight. It reminded me of you. How are you doing?” She loved when I cooked for her and she also loved breakfast. So she finally responded 2 days later. She said, “I’ve been good just busy going back to work. How about you?” I told her how much I’ve been working out, that I’ve lost 10 pounds,and that I’ve cut back on drinking. (Which wasn’t an issue when we were together.) I asked her how the house was coming along too. She responded by saying, “That’s really good. The house is a work in progress.” I then told her that I’m starting to save money to buy my own house as well. She just said that that would be good for me. So how do I make her want to text me more. I want to build up this attraction again. I know I need to make her laugh and miss me. I wish I could find out what she’s thinking. Does she miss me, or is she just being nice? Seems like if she missed me she would be asking me more questions. Ugh.. so many things going through my head.

Wait 2 weeks and text her again.You should act like friends so you can get closer to her.She doesn’t have to feel that you still want her back.Don’t send the same version of the text again and again.Be funny and friendly.If she reponds well,go ahead and ask her out.

I think waiting 2 weeks is referring to an ex who is not responding. Why would I want to wait 2 more weeks if she’s already communicating with me? I understand not berating her with messages everyday, but 2 weeks seems like a long time.
Be patient and take it slow, but don’t wait 2 weeks lmfao… That’s way to long, you can sense it if she wants to talk with you or not..
