Is it to late to start no contact

We have talked for almost two months after i broke up with her it was mutual at the time. The first month she said she missed me and want to make love but didn’t wan’t to get back together. The at the beginning of the next month we did talk as much and after a week of no talking I told her I wanted to get back together. She turned me down and I begged to the point where she told me “I have no romantic interest in you and I only care about you as a friend now.” She slept with someone new the week we didn’t talk but she say neither of them want a relationship and they are only friends now. She is talking to like 6 other guys as well. I told her I slept with 2 other women and was jealous so i sent pictures of them. It seem like now she blames me for the break up. She keeps saying stuff like you left and you gave up. Is it to late to start all of this will no contact actual work? will any of this work?
