Hey kevin,
My name is Sofia. Me and my boyfriend broke up 4 days ago because I cheated on him. I never cheated on anyone but after everything happened I realized how much I love him and I want him in my life. He told me hes still in love with me and i know i need to give him space. Obviously he lost all trust in me but I want to show him that I wont ever do that again. He mentioned to my mom yesterday thathe wants it to work but hes not sure. I was wondering of the 5 step plan will help my situation?

I feel that if he truly loves you he will come back but with what happened you may need to give him the space he asked for and be really patient. How long have you 2 been dating? I think that if it has been a long term relationship he will find it in his heart to forgive but not forget.

We’ve been going out for 10 months and I know that its not as long as 3 years but we have such a strong connection it’s crazy. It’s like he’s my soul mate. I love him so much. I just recently talked to him (he still calls) and I’m scared of doing the no contact rule because I feel like he’s going to grow apart from me. I feel like he’ll get use to not being with me or not talking to me. What do you think? Should I still do it?

If he keeps contacting you,just tell him you think that both of you need some time to sort things out and say that you will contact him later.

I did tell him but he thinks that it’s for some other reason (go and be with someone else. He’s so confused right now and I don’t know what to do man :/ should I do the 5 step plan? Please help 🙁

I told him its something positive that I’m doing and that I know he’s not trusting me right now but to please trust me on this. He’s scared that he’ll lose feelings when i don’t talk to him. I’m scare of that too /: I don’t want him to lose feelings for me. I don’t know what to dooo 🙁 !!! I need help! Should I do the 5 step plan or not? I don’t know man 🙁
