Hi,
my ex broke up with me almost a year ago, may 2019. Well, he cheated.
I haven’t seen him since, but I met him like a two weeks ago at one party of our mutual friends, we didn’t talk.
Now, he texted me out of blue. Just hey.
I don’t know how to handle this. I still care about him, but I’m okay on my own. What should I do?

@Barcal He treated you badly and cheated on you! You should have more self respect and don’t reply. You could even block his number on your phone. Stop obsessing about him and stay on your own, perhaps dating nicer guys..

I was dumb enough to text him back but it just made me realise that I’m better on my own and I don’t need this type of person in my life.
We had little chat what is going on in our lives and I guess that he was just bored, because the next day he texted me again, just hey.
I think that after 9 months I’m worth more than just hey.
