It sounds to me like she still needs a bit of time. I would imagine she’s saying that because she still had feelings for you. I would leave it a week nc and try again
She’s willing to meet to finalise the bills etc but not for coffee. I’m not sure what to think, I’m hoping she doesn’t want to meet because she still has feelings. I made it out as two friends having a catch up. Not sure what to think now. I’m going to give her my letter when we meet up. Then continue no contact for a while see how that goes. I was sure she would want to meet up. She’s the one that insisted we stay friends and if she txt/ring I shouldn’t ignore her. What do u guys think?
You could meet to finalise bills, respect the fact that she doesn’t want it to be a social meeting. You could give her your letter at the end of the meeting, but if you do that then you must leave her to it. She may read it and need a few days to process what you have said, so you must stick to NC in this time and not bombard her with messages or anything (which I know you can do)
@kd1988. I think the best thing now is meet up finalise bills etc give her my letter and continue with no contact for at least another month. I hope it’s all raw for her and not that she hates me. I hope the letter works in some way. I’ve got to contine to improve myself for my sake and know one else’s. How are u today?
@gingerone I completely agree with you mate. It definitely doesn’t sound like she hates you. Keep the meeting of the bills civil and short. Give your letter, then like you say go back to NC. Focus on YOU, you are important in all this too 🙂 Don’t lose focus on that.

15 days divjun! I am just affraid cause last time I know he was really down I didn’t take that chance (valentines day) and now I could be his savior lol. Last time I texted a few days later and was with him a week later after v day and he was colder than before. So idk… last time I regretted nnot contacting him on or before v day. I don’t want to regret again
How’s everyone?
I’ve decided that after next week I’ll break NC. I’ll meet up with my ex and give her a letter, tell her how I feel.
And we’ll see how it goes!
If she doesn’t want to get back, I’ll give up on trying to get her back. I wouldn’t waste anymore time on her and rather just work on friendship.

Well today she did send me a snapchat in a long while haha.
Hope this last week of NC will do us, if the signs she have been showing are true, I might just have a chance.

I am sending my letter Friday. I am not sending it with expectation of anything. I need to send it for my own good!So I don’t get this. He texted me Monday and was like “Phones work both ways…”. Then we talked a little on Tuesday and he said he would text me today because he had to go to work and he was going to go to bed right after work and he had to work early the next morning. Haven’t heard from him yet. I just want to text him and be like “Oh I thought you were going to text me”. Idk what I should do.
I don’t understand when they say guys like the chase when he wants me to text him first and all of that.
