I need advice/hell to get my ex back!

Me and my ex gf of 2 years broke up about 3 weeks ago because she wanted to focus on herself.
Also I was neglecting her a lot which played the biggest role in the break up, she didn’t think I took her seriously.
I have to admit I took her for granted and now I hate myself for that.
I really want her back but I’m prepared to move on, I just want to try again and show her how much she really means to me.
First, we took a break about three weeks ago and we were supposed to talk it out, but she just ended up not wanting to talk and broke up with me a week after that through text.I tried calling her that day and doing all the things I wasn’t supposed to like begging, pleading, saying sorry and so on. I was just so hurt.

After I tried contacting her best friend which was a bad idea. I talked to her to help fix our relationship and it worked at first they talked for about 3 days then she texted me saying she would like to take things slow and start again, but several days later she texts me and says she can’t do this because she felt pressured or forced into trying to talk to me because of how sad I was.
I agreed with her even though it was painful but I wanted her to be happy.

Ok so here’s the complicated parts.
She says still loves me but she wants to find herself and focus on school. She also said she’d like to stay friends.I Also have this necklace she always wanted which I bought before the break up to surprise her with it and i don’t know what to do with it.
She knows about it I got really said and told her and she said she couldn’t accept it at first but then couple weeks later we started to talk as friends and i offered if I could still give her the necklace. She said yes, but I think I made a mistake by asking her that.
    Did I?
If you have any questions or would like more info please ask.
    Help me!!
