    I had to message him telling him that I had handed in the paperwork to end our flat contact and that I had paid the bills.

    Do I need to restart the no contact period?

    I feel like it wasn’t necessary for you to contact him. that’s like finding an excuse to contact them. I would’ve just waited and when he asks I will reply with a simple yes
