Broke up with my ex, but didn’t realize I was following these steps

PS: My sister-in-law was diagnosed with bi-polar and placed on medication. It made all the difference as I watched her become a “normal stable” person who was able to handle her emotions appropriately!

Just to say there’s always hope:) Whether she makes some changes herself, or with proper medication, and your loving support. I pray all works out well in time for all of you:)
