So we both have an entrance exam for university coming up next week. I wanted to text her good luck but I didn’t want to do it before the exam in case me contacting her affected her in anyway. I don’t want to ruin her focus. So I decided to text her today instead. I basically said “Hi, I hope everything is great. I just wanted to wish you good luck on the entrance exam next week. Wish you the best”

Was this a bad move. In hindsight I’m not sure. She has yet to respond and I don’t know if she ever will. What do you guys think?

She just responded saying “Hi! Thanks, you too :)”. What should I do?

Should I just wait now and see if she contacts me again or should I contact her after the test to ask her how it went?

Don’t contact her again even if she’s the one to text you first.keep up the NC.

Isn’t the point of no contact to get her to text me and miss me? Why should I ignore if she decides to text me after I’ve done no contact for almost a month

You do not want to appear “there” for her, waiting in the wings. She needs to start chasing you. Continuing to text her is the opposite.

It’s been a month almost and not a peep from her. I thought maybe I’d test the waters to see if she has started to miss me. But I don’t know now. Her text seemed very “I’m over you”. Although when we broke up she had blocked my number so she obviously has removed the block.
