i love the support
i did 15 days of partial no contact “no choice” and 15 days of full no contact,
i decided i want to go salsa dancing again and my ex does salsa at the place i can go, i could take the opportunity to go say hi and befriend her and see her response.
i love you all !
should i go or wait an other 15 days
ps : i want my ex back but i dont need her as i have lots of options, but i still think about her.

Here’s a checklist for ending no contact.-You followed the no contact rule for at least one month.
-You are no longer a mess as you were after the breakup.
-You have made a few positive changes in your life.
-You are absolutely sure that getting back with your ex is a good decision.
-You have gone on at least one date during no contact.
-You have accepted the breakup and you are OK with the fact that you may never get your ex back and this might never work for you.
-You have accepted the fact that even if you don’t get your ex back, you will be fine since there are endless opportunities in the world to find love and happiness.Good luck

hi again
i am septical.
even if its been 3 months the beginning of the break up, i ran after her and was in huge financial difficulties ?
even if i feal like i am “moving on” emotionally and to rekindle that spark lots of positivity must bee made if i don’t act while the break up is still in her mind ?
if she has totally no emotion left for me and me neither how can this work ?
