Hey everyone! It has been a while. I took a break from everything. Went out for a vacation and focused on myself. It felt good. But when I got back the depression and anxiety grabbed a hold of me again. I really want to talk to my ex but I don’t know if she would even want to hear from me. She had a thing with another guy for a while, I think they are done but im not sure. I don’t know if she has been thinking about me at all.
