    Hi,
So my ex broke up with me at the end of September 2020, we had been together for just shy of 5 years and were in a very loving and committed and we were looking to buy a house together even just a short time before the breakup.

We broke up due to her feeling like I wasn’t prioritising her and we weren’t quite on the same page. To be honest it felt like it came out ove nowhere. I had been suffering with depression and I was just trying to keep myself together, but I completely understand where she was coming from and it all could have been felt with in a much better way.

I found out that she started dating about a month after we broke up and has been in a relationship for about 2 and a half months now, meanwhile 5 months after our breakup I’m still struggling and quite honestly want her back. Her new partner lives 45 minutes away and she told me about him just before Christmas, in a regular week she sees him only at the weekend whereas we would see each other everyday.I’ve been in no contact for a few weeks now, I just want to know if this sounds like a rebound. I’ve read and watched just about every video possible and I can’t really get a read on it. Things she has said to me throw my mind in doubt also, things like ‘of course I love you, I just don’t want a relationship with you’ and ‘if you had acted quicker I probably would have gotten back together with you’ both were said whilst she has been seeing the new person
