My ex and I were together for 4 years. Things ended suddenly a year after we both graduated. I was needy and begged in the initial months of the break up before NC. She eventually moves to a city 6 hrs away and we dont speak for 2 years. We’re both in town and get invited to a lunch with a friend today. Things weren’t awkward and we had a good time but I felt like her guard was a bit and she wasn’t showing any spark. We’ll both be back in town at Christmas should I try for another lunch just the two of us? Would it be good to touch base while the interaction was recent?
@asdffdsa Why did she break up with you?? Yes, you could text or email to let her know you very much enjoyed seeing her again. If she responds positively, you could suggest lunch during the Christmas holidays (just the two of you). Good luck..
