    Hello. Last time I talked to (or rather, texted) my ex was on the 10th of this month. Since then I read about the No Contact strategy. Today however, I accidentally called him on Facebook Messenger. Now, he messaged me, with a ‘hi” basically. Should I just respond to him? I’m panicking.

    You don’t give any details as to how long you were together or why he broke up with you, but I don’t believe you “accidentally” called him. If you’re doing no contact for a minimum of 30 days.. no don’t respond to him. A “hi” says nothing.
