Hi Kevin,
Just wondering what the rules are for Facebook… I broke the rules at the beginning..before I found this site.. I begged at the beginning I pleaded I went for pitty I texted I called I told him that the new girl he started seeing a a week or so after I mistakenly broke up with him wouldn’t make him happy like I could (I didn’t know about her when I first realised I made a mistake) he hasn’t responded to.my last text 🙁
That was two days ago.I’m starting my 30 days from today..but we are still friends on Fb… I don’t known if I should unfriendly him because he will still see everything im doing? I’m afraid that will just push him more into her arms though 🙁
I have tried to keep my posts positive and non related to Fb in hope that he thinks I’m not bothered… Even though nothing could be further from the truth…
So do I just restrict him, delete him, or carry on as normal?

Don’t unfriend him or anything..and if he does don’t do anything at all. Just ignore him all the 30 days of NC whatever he posts, don’t react! Try to post nice things, photos of you, alone or with friends, maybe even other guys but be careful..You don’t want him get the wrong message.Hopefully if you do this, he might change his mind, think you changed.But you have also to work yourself.be calm, get in shape and think about your first text, if you still want him of course! if he cares about you ignoring him will do the work almost always so don’t worry too much! i’m in a similar,but worse, position so i hope everything will be ok with you!Hello-
I found that if I just turned off notifications from his page that it really helped me. I don’t have the urge to see what he’s doing because I don’t see anything from him on there and we’re still listed as friends so there are no hurt feelings.Isn’t part of the point though to leave him wondering what I’m doing…? If he sees me checking in at places, I’m worried he’ll just resent me… I don’t know why I think that I just do..
