Confused about what’s happening

We broke up about 2 weeks ago as she had to think about it and then decided. We continued to talk about the relationship and I did beg and try to convince a little but rather I tried to understand her reasonings. Confusing statements like she wants to be with me and romantically involved but we can’t because we need to fix our selves. And let’s be best friends and there is a potentiall for the future we get back together. We’ve been talking mainly seemingly one sided from me for about 2 more weeks I asked her if she is interested in still talking to me because of no questions and one worded responses with no initiation of contact. She said yes or I wouldn’t even answer you. Now she asked if it was ok to talk about who we are dating I said no we can talk about other things but not that since then 3 days now she has not responded and I really want to reach out. Not sure what’s going on.
