How to let my ex quit ignoring phase?

Hello.

I have some questions to get a full concept of no contact rule. I had been dating my ex since 13 and we met on the internet(yeah I know how cringy it is I were a teen). So we talked a lot, dated but broke up at the age of 17. I went to Europe to study. She stayed in Russia(I’m from Kazakhstan).
Of course we got older, first sexual experience was with different partners. She wrote me sometimes(I was in Kazakhstan that time) but I didn’t give that too much attention because I talked to bunch of girls. So she found a boy I guess and then this year she broke up with him which caused her some emotional stress and she wrote me… again! Well, that was kinda unexpected, cause I wanted to move to Russia(because of the job) but she was a bit of odd bird. I told her directly that and I started to ignore her. After a while I see her profile displays that she maintains relationships with another guy. Definitely, she did closer-further with me, but I didnt get comfortable with that for some reasons. And if she got a new brand boy why did she even write me? I actually started without any screams, she told me that Im an egoist.
The problem is how does she quit the ignoring? Like will she cry and beg me to comeback? Should I ignore even if she asks how am I? Dont get that stuff.
